Extremely impressed with the advice and care of workmanship, the guys were excellent on site, perfect manners and respect for the grounds and surrounding property.
Although the price was middle range from the 3 quotes I received, these guys definitely made a fist class job with our building work, would highly recommend Modus.

Micro digger hire
We needed a small digger for a little diy project we’re doing so we got in touch with modus ! The guys were super helpful and professional and the machine came on time and they went through everything with us. Can’t recommend enough !!
Patio and wall Build
The lads came and quoted us, they had the quote back with in a few days I wasn’t having to chase them down which is nice. They came and worked super efficiently and most of all tidy.
